Hello, I need to take an existing PSD file and convert it to a wordpress theme. The theme must: 1. Work well for on-page SEO 2. Be responsive 3. Maintain the design from the PSD file 4. Ability to add additional categories, posts, pages just as usual. Attached is a screen shot of the PSD file.
