Customizing a wordpress template & create an Arabic version

Hello, Please bid only if you are a wordpress expert and have previous wordpress projects and looking for a long term business relationship. I'm looking for a Wordpress Expert to do the following: 1- Install and customize "Fringe Tech premium wordpress theme) check the link at: [login to view URL] (I will provide you with the template source). 2- The template will be in two languages English language and Arabic language (ARABIC is a RIGHT TO LEFT LANGUAGE) so IN ARABIC VERSION YOU WILL CONVERT IT TO RIGHT TO LEFT THEME. 3- I customized the PSD and here is the result that my client agreed on : [login to view URL] (I will provide you with all PSD files and banners for both Arabic and English) 4- Install the plugin of WPML languages which allows you to make Multi-languages Wordpress (I will provide you with the plugin source) 5- Data entry for 10 English page and 10 Arabic pages. (ARABIC is a RIGHT TO LEFT LANGUAGE). 6- Two contact forms one for the English and another for the Arabic (ARABIC is a RIGHT TO LEFT LANGUAGE). 7- Install free chat script (check it at: [login to view URL]) ---------------------------------------------------------- I will provide you with the following: - Domain and cpanel > [login to view URL] - Template Source files (Check the link at:[login to view URL] ) - Home page (English) edited PSD that I want you to customize the template like it. - Inner page (English) image to show you how I want the English inner pages to looks like. - Home page (Arabic) edited PSD that I want you to customize the template like it. - Inner page (Arabic) JPG to show you how I want the Arabic inner pages to looks like. - WPML languages plugin which allows you to make Multi-languages Wordpress (Check the plugin link at: [login to view URL] ) - I will provide 5 banners for English theme and another 5 banners for the Arabic theme. - I will provide the content of both 10 English pages and 10 Arabic pages (Arabic is a right to left language). - The website logo ---------------------------------------------------------- Notes: - Please read carefully before bid and bid only if you are looking for a long term relation as I'm a freelancer in Egypt who has huge number of projects. - English is the default language and visitor can switch to Arabic - You will make some security tips to make the site secured. - My client wants the same animation of the banner at: [login to view URL] (The template provide this style of animation) - You will change the site url to be search engine friendly (posts titles instead of the numbers). - Will be some requests for edits and changes from my side in case of you didn't provide me with the exact requirements that I asked for. ---------------------------------------------------------- I attached the following: - English home page photo that I want you to customize the template to look like it. - Arabic home page photo that I want you to customize the template to look like it. - English inner page photo that I want you to customize inner pages to look like it. - Arabic inner page photo that I want you to customize inner pages to look like it. ---------------------------------------------------------- The winner will work with me for long term because I have many of this kinds of projects.
