change magento look of 3 web sites and add some features

need to change home page or template of 3 magento sites(or 2 magento and one presta) and make them look better will need to add zoom plugin to one web site find some pictures corresponding to theme of the site and put them into static blocks or product categories to make site look nicer for example one site will be same as [login to view URL] and we need free or paid clip art of sun ,ocean, green grass, sunny, blueish colors for theme we will give you free magento template or paid one if you can change colors of the template in photoshop or in design back end. create categories but product entry will be done separately or we could negotiate thanks
