Create Photorgaphy APP - repost

Looking someone to design Photography APP. Here are the highlights: Its for school photography. Develop an APP that allow Users to View Gallery(associated with login ID and password). Its already generated from the program I'm using. Allow user to view and order online.(We can eliminate that if it cost alot). Allow Certain Users(such as , multiple admin users) To view database by entering student ID. Allow User to book an event. These are three buttons on the app. If your work fulfill my requirement, I'll add further functions to this app. And certainly pay you more.
