Basic Property and Job Website Build

I have two website I’d like to get built; they just need to be simple but functional. Property Site:- • a 10 page site that I can update and manage the following: website logo, page names and content, banner spaces (top of each page) and button ads spaces (down the right side of each page), property of the week spaces x 3 along bottom of home page – so then for the banner/button ad and property of the week spaces I can upload .jpg images into. • a basic database search function where I can upload properties from developers/estate agents (company name / 1 image or logo / regions operating in / summary text about the property(ies) / contact details / link to their website); so then users can then search and get a page(s) of results for each region, and click through to their website. • a submit form for users to register with the site (Name / type of buyer / budget / regions interested in / email / number / address), then I can download the data as an .xls or similar. Student Job Site: - • a 10 page site that I can update and manage the following: website logo, page names and content, banner spaces (top of each page) and button ads spaces (down the right side of each page), job/employer of the week spaces x 3 along bottom of home page – so then for the banner/button ad and property of the week spaces I can upload .jpg images into. • a basic database search function where I can upload jobs from employers (company name / 1 image or logo / regions jobs are in / summary text about the job / if full-time or part-time / if for student or a grad / contact details / link to their website); so then users can then search and get a page(s) of results for each region, and click through to their website. • a submit form for users to register with the site (Name / if student or grad / year of graduation / full or part time work needed / regions interested in / email / number / address), then I can download the data as an .xls or similar. These are just to get me started and build up some traffic over the next year, and then I can then look at building a more functional and advanced site and database search.
