Cartoonist Required

I have a new design project for a client, as part of the project we are developing 7 cartoon characters, that are very simple in appearance, they are all in the shape of a spikey round ball (with arms/ legs) etc but are different in colour and have different personalities. i.e. Princess Pink Prep Blue Rock Diva Rock Star Surf Dude Beach Babe Sports Fan Prima Ballerina (see enclosed word document for a full description of their caharacter) We also need to create a web page that depicts these characters on an island, this will also be cartoon like in appearance. We have a very simple image of how this should appear. (Image enclosed) We are looking for somebody who has experience of drawing cartoons (or similar)the final work will need to be for both the web and print.
