Clean up my HTML website - fonts, margins, spacing

Hello,
I have an HTML website, which is http://www.mnweddingminister.com. There is also a blog, which is [login to view URL]
- There are 14 main pages, which are listed on the right-hand-side menu.
- Also, there are 29 other pages, which can be found my going to the "Music" page, the "Venues" page, "Readings" page, or the "Tools" page. (You get to those 29 pages via a top-menu).
It's a great website, and I love it, but it's got some bugs. The margins, fonts, and spacing are not always consistent (not always the same in the different pages). If a visitor clicks from page to page, the visitor can see that sometimes a title is a slightly different font, or that the margin is a little different, or that the spacing is not exactly the same between paragraphs.
Can you fix this problem? It will take some work, getting everything exactly right, but it would be nice to have these bugs fixed.
I want keep the same URLs and have the pages stay in the same HTML format, I just want these bugs fixed.
What standard should we use? Attached is a screen-shot of the index page. I made notes on the screen-shot to show how I want it to look. I would like you to make these changes, and then use that page as a template, to make all the pages have the same fonts, margins, and spacing.
