Collective buy PSD redesign - pros only

We're a collective buying company established in Portugal. We're looking for a highly skilled & experienced designer for visual design of a website and possibly newsletter. You need to have very good notion of good practices of webdesign and usability. You need to be communicative and supportive and be able to follow deadlines. We already have some of the graphical files that compose the website, as this has been designed by a professional agency. Basically what we'd like to accomplish here is making our website more appelative and at same time increase the user experience, as we need layout changes implemented in order to make our current "side deals" stand out more, and also increase the conversion rate of our clients. No need for coding, we just want the PSD. You will be given a psd of our current website as a work basis. We do not want it to have any resemblance with the typical groupon clone script design.
