Corporate Website Design

We are looking for a Website Designer. This is for a corporate website, with the usual need for clear look and feel, clear brand, own identity etc, We have an existing logo ( to be re-used, although might require re-creating just to make clear/clean/usable ) We have an old/existing website with a lot of content. We will provide a good list of sites we like and sites we dont. We will provide all images/content. We will provide a target hosted environment that will be used to finalise and accept the delivery. Phase 1 - a) : Two New Styles : We will look for two different initial designs/flats each of two pages ( home page and a content page ). - b) : Re-do / Redefine one style again - c) : Tweak / Minor Alterations to One Design - d) : Client Design Selection Phase 2 - a) Implement Design and any images/buttons/graphics into either CMSMS/Joomla/Drupal ( TBD ). ( templates and CSS ). This will cover probably up to 6 different page types ( eg Home Page, News Page, Partner Page, Login/Registration, Detailed Content ), but will all be based on the chosen design above. These 6 page examples will all use content/images etc from the existing website as is, and purely for example/validation. - b) We will then review and provide comments/minor style changes / QA to designs to fix layout/design issues. You should confirm your bid for both phases, and the breakdown of the costs for two phases. Each Phase will be a milestone/payment point. You should provide 4-5 similar corporate projects you have successfully completed. We may ask to take up a reference. The Project team are in London. This project will probably start first week in September, and look for your confirmation of availability, and how long you expect you would need for both phases.
