Customize Template for aboutvitiligo.com

I am looking for someone who can customize my templates from 4templates.com. The one winning the project will have to insert some new pictures as also text. The website url has to be optimized for search engines. My adwords code will also have to be inserted and added to the page. The edited source will have to sent to me which will be checked using Dreamweaver. As soon as the site is up and running payment will released.
