Design Company Branding Inc Logo & Web Site CMS Template

We are looking for a competent designer to assist us with creating a brand for our new UK based recruitment company that we can adapt for our web site which will include a CMS back end in the form of Concrete 5. At present we are using a basic template but wish to have A) Branding B) Logo C) Web Page Template Mock Up. We have worked with a great UK based designer before but are unable to get his services for this project so would give preference to USA & UK based designers. We are definitely modern and funky. We have used Hive in the company name thus using bee hives etc. in trying to symbolise that we are active, busy, energetic, fresh and work together to successfully create the end goal. We like the idea of using an octagon (as in honeycomb) but not limiting ourselves at all and totally open to your creative ideas. If you look at the attached files you will see the kind of photos we are using on the site. It's a funky photo and we think this represents our style. The successful applicant will need to show a knowledge and good portfolio of their own original work as well as references.
