Design or Customize Wordpress Theme

We are looking for a Word Press website design. There are two options so please read carefully and specify which option you are bidding on (you can bid for both, just send PM). The design is the same for both, its a matter of what you find easier. Option A. This option is for the photo shop design only. This includes an index page and an internal page (internal page is almost identical to index) You will deliver the completed PSD files and all related files. Option B. You will modify a pre-existing purchased Word Press theme/template. Final delivery will be the modified template The Design I have attached a screen shot of the ready-made template. The colors and graphics are wrong, but I am looking for a similar layout. I would like a similar header, but I want to make some changes, such as possibly making it taller and adding text links on the top right. I will want a different background. I will also want to add an image to the top of the content area, which will consist of a person and a speech bubble. See the 2nd attached example for a better idea. I have a logo, but it will need to be modified for colors. I will provide source files. The content area is the one area where there are no specific design ideas. This will be for an ecommerce site with only four products, so I would like to see some creative ideas. The budget for the design is $5 or less. The budget for the template customization is $75 or less. I will escrow the funds once the initial design has been approved.
