Its NOT Complex eCommerce site! A simple, very simple site. No need to categories/ complex materials. Only one item to sell with Multiple quantity.
And forthat, Looking for very low bid, bcoz it will not take more than 1-2 hour to setup. Just a "simple template - add 2 pages - Buy option - Quantity Select option - Checkout to Payment Gateway"
So again, only very low bid is expected, and no exceptions!
You can use Wordpress/PHP/HTML does't matter, but built good in cheap is the only expectation here!
