Design a Website and CMS back end

We need a Web2.0 style website (with HTML/CSS and Less tables) Preferably a team with good designing and programming skills 1. Website will be from scratch design 2. Text will be provided by us , Rest (Pics/design all from you) 3. It will have basic pages on Home page(About us, Home, Contact us, Services, Products, Mission, Values, etc etc...)and some other pages 4. Design will include (HOME PAGE DESIGN) and One more design for all the other pages (So All other pages will have a same Layout) 5. So total two designs (HOME PAGE + ONE MORE COMMON LAYOUT DESIGN FOR REMAINING PAGES) 6. Need to have a back-end CMS (Admin) section from where I can add/edit text-pics and Links, thats all, it doesnt need to a complex one but a simple one where text-pics and links can added/edited/deleted. If you are flexible and have a passion for design and good imagination then you are welcome to perform on this project. Please note only serious bidders should bid, Who are flexible enough to satisfy with changes in design as needed. Budget is between 100$ to 200$ based on your skills and enthusiasm and experience. If you have less experience then you have a chance to win by low bids by showing your skills. Everyone including newbies is welcome and get a Good Review by showing skills.
