Design into Webpage (CSS / DHTML)

I created a design in photoshop for a medical acupuncture clinic. I need this design to be spliced up and recreated as a webpage using using modern web building techniques (CSS, DHTML, etc). I can provide the vector file, but it is very large. About 60mb or so. The frame of the homepage will be used on the interior pages. The content will be provided for the inner web pages. Very little (if any) design work will be required. Just splicing up images, coding the web page, and layout. So you will receive 1 homepage design. From this design, you create all the buttons and links and layout/format the page. No design required. You will just be recreating the design as a webpage. Once the homepage is complete, you will need to create about 7 interior pages, but the pages will be based on the frame of the homepage and they will all be the same, only the content will be different. You will also have to create one contact us page that user can input their information and can be submitted as a form that will go to an email. Once all of this is complete, I will need you to upload the pages onto the web host server and test the site to make it is functional, fast loading, and browser compatible. this is a rush project.
