Design required for an Account Software

Hello All, We are going to redesign our accounting software. We required designing for that software like forms, themes. We are looking and attractive theme and design. Their are near about 40 forms to design. Most of them are near about same. Please mention your charge on per form design based. We will choose to the bid who provide a good theme and an attractive sample form design. Please don't bid you can not provide us samples. Also keep in mind that this a window based accounting software so them should be related to that. Please find our old design sample in the attachment. We will use same kind of field and data.
