Digg like site (Voting Site)

Part 1: I would like to put together a voting site similar to Digg, Reddit, or whatever else is out there. The website is setup to be about complaining about whatever. The complaining Topics will be able to be voted up or down like Digg and reddit. The site is going to be [login to view URL] Please use the same catagories that digg uses for Topics I would like the color scheme to be Black,Red, Gray,White. (attached is a sample of the color scheme) The user should be able to Register(Join on the site) login with their username, Or be able to login with their Facebook and twitter account. I will need a header, Sidebar, and footer. I would also like a few areas to be able to place Advertisements. Part 2: I will be looking for a phone app for this site as well. If you are interested in both parts or just one please state that in your Bids. I am open to suggestions as well for the site, if you think you might have a better idea for a layout. Thanks Ted
