ASP.Net Web App for Customer Quotes

At American Piledriving Equipment, we are in the business of foundation construction equipment rentals and sales. In doing so, we often give price quotes for equipment, as well as materials like the piles for driving into the ground. We have been using an Excel spreadsheet with the various pipe sizes and costs associated with each, as well as adjustable variables like pipe length, quantity, etc. (See attached). It has worked fine for us so far, but our project is expanding and more users will be generating price quotes so we want something universal and accessible online. We aim to have this project deployed to our salesmen around the country, so having a web based form is ideal. To expand on our current program, we would like this new material quote calculator to be an ASP.Net Web application built in C# and driven by a MySQL database. We currently use a SQL driven database for all of our internal information. For compatibility with what we already use and for ease of updates, we would like this to have a MySQL back end, written in C#. The web application will need a data entry section, followed by a report section with options for reviewing, editing, and printing reports. The web form for this project should consist of a combination of text fields and drop-down lists. Based on the values selected, price values need to be calculated with information in the database and displayed on the form. Items like pipe length and quantities will be text fields, while pipe size and pipe tip will be displayed in drop-downs. Once submitted, we would like the form submitted to a report sheet that displays all entered quotes. Also, the cost of materials (used for the calculations) changes regularly, so we would need to be able to access the cost values easily for updates.
