Build an Online Store

Help needed in completing a store in Bigcommerce. There are 2 tasks: 1. Hide all check-out buttons until a minimum order amount is reached which means the check-out buttons can reappear when the minimum amount is reached. 2. There are 2 check-out buttons on the store, one is the store's check-out button which let customers check out after adding delivery address etc, and another one is Paypal express check-out button. At the moment, someone can check out by clicking on Paypal express button but Paypal is not adding shipping cost. I want to hide the Paypal express check-out button and get all customers to go through the check-out page.
