I need a website, the front end is straight forward, the back end is complex. It is a scheduling website for shift work. I need multiple employers, who will have a log in, Employees will access their schedule via a personal log in to view their shift schedule.
Employers must be able to profile each employee and to employment classification (up to ten), default shifts, absenteeism, preferred shifts, leave and public holidays. Be able to notify via email and text message of shift changes/offers.
Employees must be able to view current allotted shifts, request changes withing employment classification, offer to swap shifts within employment classification, confirm shift attendance, notify sick leave.
The employee should be able to load enough variables and have sufficient smarts within the software to propagate a roster automatically which takes into account employment classifications, shift entitlements, past attendance and seasonal factors.
