I am an ecommerce expert and I fully understand your requirement. I will make a site where your customers can buy unique software keys. These keys can be uploaded to database using an excel sheet by you and each key would be used only once. Let me explain the process. In admin area, you will upload an excel sheet with all available keys, which will be associated with a product which will be displayed in frontend. Customers will visit the site and purchase that product, i.e, add to cart, make payment, once payment is confirmed, the key will be sent to customer's email. Hello! I've perfectly understood all the explained requirements of your project, but I would like to know more details. I would like to know which payment gateway you would like to use. I would like to know if I will have to develop the site design. Beside of that, I can tell you that, instead of having a document/group of documents which the site will have to modify on each order, it would be better that these documents were dumped into a MySQL database (I can manage this), which would be easier/more efficient to manage for the site. I can develop an admin panel in which you would be able to add keys to the mentioned database. If you prefer, I can develop a form into the admin panel in which you would upload a file with software keys and the site would add them automatically to the database, so these keys would be accessible for customers at the moment. I can do all this but, unfortunately, I am very busy right now and I will stay so busy for 5-7 more days.
