Build an Online Store

I need an online store to sell my digital services.
I need order management this way:
1) I have different products listed, each have it's own instructions.
2) Customer buys it.
3) In order management fills information according to pre defined instructions for that product.
4) Pays.
5) In admin panel I see active (paid) orders.
6) Do work that I advertise.
7) I attach result files as proof of what is done. After that client receives email notification that his order is complete and he can download or his report is attached to his email (this is will be discussed).
I will not ship anything by any POST OFFICE. No track number is needed. So popular ecommerce templates will not work.
Site can be build on any CMS, Service (example Shopify). If any template from [login to view URL] (or any similar sites) is needed for this - no problem.
I have domain, I have dedicated cPanel hosting. If something extra needed to be added - please advise.
