Build an elo boosting website/store

Looking for someone to design an elo boosting website for league of legends, It's completely find to use wordpress themes ect. I'm looking for something like [login to view URL] . Just a simple website with 5 tabs "Home" will have a nice graphic with images that lead to places on the website and give some information about what we do (I can provide what to write) a, "Boosting" will be very similar to the page on [login to view URL] It will have a drop down store to select divisions and give prices depending on what boost you want, It will also have a duoq boost button to up the price by 30%. It will also have a place for pay per win boosting as well as placement matches all of these will need a place to put your username and password for the game and have the information for that emailed to me after they finish their purchase(purchases will be done through paypal). The next tab will be "Coaching" this will be similar to boosting, But with only one category. Just select the amount of hours you want to be coached and enter your username and skype username. Then have that info sent to my email after purchase, Also include some warning text that says to add us on skype to reserve your time/contact your coach. The next tab will be a "FAQ" tab, We will provide what to write, This should be fairly easy. Then a "Contact" page to fill out a contact forum with name email and a message as well as a skype button and twitter button and something at the bottom that talks about the requirements to be hired as a booster if someone who is contacting is looking to reply.
