Verification Code done should be W3C validated (Transitional is okay) 3. Placeholders Current website is only in Japanese - I want Multilingual Joomla enabled (Current Japanese content stays, Placeholders for English content) Payment will be as follows: Milestone 1 - 45% upon completing move from Wix to Joomla Milestone 2 - 35% for activating the Multilingual portion of Joomla and completing English/Japanese placeholders Milestone 3 - 20% for validation (W3C Compliant)
