Convert a Template to a Website

I have a template that I need to be converted into a website. My website is hosted on GoDaddy, and I need someone who is able to not only work with GoDaddy but also help me understand how to update and change content. I would also ask that you be able to make some minor changes to the template.
I have gotten the template from templatemonster.com and this will be used to promote a small business in the field of mental health and counseling. If you to templatemonster.com and search for 31373 you will see the template. The kind of changes for instance I would want is to make the main picture bar not static but alternating between 3 or four pictures representing different mental health issues or images of health, that is to be decided.
I also would like a picture of my own on the right side of the "welcome to my site" section content of which will be to greet and familiarize the future patients with the therapist and the services. The template allows color theme and font changes to be made, so depending on the images chosen if the current colors are not supportive they can be adjusted accordingly.
I will provide you with a logo to be put on the bar where you see the name of the practitioner. In this bar, instead of a name the name of the practice and the logo are expected to be placed.
