i want to create a page same as a sample page on ebay, the most important thing is to make the page with Clean HTML CSS, with no java Script. the Page design includes TABS. The Page cannot contain javascript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", IFRAME, META, or includes), cookies or base href. Need to transfer all the javascript into css file or separate file and link it to the HTML.
