Copying/Adding 960 Products to online store

I am doing an online store and need to add around 940 products to it. Product Titles, Descriptions and Images are already available on another website BUT needs to be carefully placed (eliminating external links, retouching images removing any text/links/addresses etc. if there are any).
There are 16 Main Categories and 94 Sub-categories. Each sub-category needs to be filled with at least 10 products. Each product should not be repeated in any category.
It is an easy process, mostly copy/paste with moderate filtering.
