I need a header with mail subscription form exactly like the image attached. I hired before a freelance he could not do the job because he said that "In [login to view URL] everywhere possible, but code wise it is not possible to put the image above the subscription form", he says that the home page is not [login to view URL], is a page...I don't understand but I don't give up. If you think you can do it, accept my project and you will be well paid if the results are good :)

Cannot see the image attachment you spoke of, however, what you are asking is certainly possible. Unless there is something more complicated that you haven't mentioned, this shouldn't take more than a day. I have a firm working knowledge of WordPress and all the needed code abilities to accomplish this task.
