1) Create or decide on a name for the website that conveys selling electronics such as video games... eventually we will sell iPhones, iPod, and iPad. Alternatively you can use the name ExtremeSaves.
2) Design the e-commerce website. Keep in mind that we are selling electronics.
3) The site should allow payment through PayPal and credit card (payment will be processed by PayPal)
4) Customer Portal minimally includes section for Order History, Contact Customer Service, and Edit Account.
5) Email: If customer emails support or sales and if their email is registered, then the message ticket can also be retrieved/viewed/updated on the customer portal. Each time Customer Support receives a message or there is a sale, an email is automatically sent to the management email
6) Staff panel: List Orders, List Support Messages, View Customer Accounts
