Convert Illustrator Design to CS-CART 3 Theme

*Convert Design to CS-CART Theme* We have a design for our retail site in Adobe Illustrator, we require you to convert this design to a CS-CART 3 theme (we are using CS-Cart 3 Ultimate). What is required: * Setup blocks for the theme * Setup banners * Code the theme from the AI design * Ensure fast loading (best placement of CSS and JS files) * Good SEO structure e.g. use of H1, H2 and H3 * W3C compliant of course This theme may require some custom work such as - New/Out of Stock labels, Brand pages, link to brand. In your bid please PM whether any elements of the design are difficult or add significantly to the coding complexity. I'm open to discussion. We are an Australian based ecommerce company, if this project is completely fast and with skill we will use your services for two other CS-Cart themes.
