Adsense website (wordpress) with minimum daily earning of $25 - $40 USD

Project Description: Hello Everyone, Similar to many other projects of this nature, I am seeking for a professional & reliable Google Adsense specialist to create an Adsense website (Wordpress) that will generate a minimum of $25 - $40 USD daily. Revenues should be continuously earning a minimum of 6 months. I will consider this as a success with a total of $762.50 USD per month consistent in Adsense revenue which is calculated at a minimum of $25 USD per day X 30.5 days for the month. Things I can provide: Webhosting, Domain name (Let me know the name of the domain if you want to use yours. You then need to transfer the domain to my name) and an Adsense account. Below are the things that must be containing for the site: CONTENT The contents must be original, unique and attracting to users. The site must look clean and professional. Contents must not be copied, copyrighted, illegal, spun and no auto blogging. MONETIZING Google Adsense will be the primary method of monetization SEO/TRAFFIC All traffics must be organic. Do not use blackhat methods, PPC, PPV, auto surf sites, bots or fake referrers. Must only be unique and organic traffic. Site must be SEO optimized with popular and often used keywords. Backlinks must be 100% legitimate and whitehat, spamming is prohibited. Traffic and ad clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. CAUTION (VERY IMPORTANT) Site must adhere to Adsense tos 100% (Please take note & do not forget this). MONTHLY WORK After the site has reached its goal and has a stable income between $25 and $40 USD daily, I will give you the option of accepting a consistent monthly fee of $75 USD per month by helping me to maintain the site and assists to create quality content, and also to do the relevant SEO work. The idea of this is to make the website income more stable and extend the results for longer than 6 months so long as possible. Another benefit is once the first project is a success; I will then offer you more similar projects. I will offer you in the same amount as the original project fee (First Adsense website and depending on the final winning bid). I will then also offer you $75 USD for each website per month as long as you can maintain the minimum amount of $762.50 USD per month in Adsense revenue. For example, ultimately 10 websites can be equal to an additional $750 USD per month of consistent income for the Adsense specialist as well as the $350 USD onetime fee (To create the site) for each site (Total can be USD$3,500 for 10 sites). I am giving out this incentive is to show my appreciation of you doing a good job in maintaining the Adsense Websites and I also want to maintain a long term business relationship. PROCESS OF ACCEPTING YOU FOR THE JOB Once you make a bid, I will go through your portfolio and feedbacks of similar work. I will only approve those with good feedbacks. But I am also willing to let you explain on why the previous job is not complete or not done properly. PAYMENT STRUCTURES I will only release the payment once I see consistent daily revenues of $25 - $40 USD over a period of 2 full months or $1,525.00 USD. However, 50% payment will be made once I’ve received my first payment from Google Adsense and remaining 50% after I received my second payment from Google Adsense. After the project has achieved the goal and after you have been paid, you will start receiving $75 USD every month as long as we can keep the monthly income of $762.50 USD consistently. To be fair, I will still work with you even though if there is a slight drop in the income ($25 - $40 USD per month is acceptable). Once everything has been run smoothly, I will then release project #2 to you privately. Please PM me explaining how you would go about generating traffic and backlinks, give a few niche examples. Also show me some of your previous similar work (Websites/Blogs). Please read carefully all the criteria carefully and only bid if you meet all the above criteria.
