You Register everything that is needed to make the website and make it earn 20 + dollars a day( the more the better).
You register a new google adsense account with my info but your password( you have full control over earnings).
After a 30 day period you take out your expenses from the adsense account, leave what is remaining to me and give me full ownership of the website and adsense account( you will provide me with every information that is required for me to operate the website from hosting to adsense information.) I would be willing to partner with you occasionally for boosting website traffic.
The website should sustain the earnings, the traffic should be steady and going up.
If you agree, I want a full detailed report of how you will execute this and a contact email.
