Design a wordpress blog to earn $10 per day from adsense

I need a wordpress blog preferably a tech blog (magazine style). i don't have any issue if you will be using any free theme but it should be proffesional [login to view URL] be very honest I am myself a freelancer of wordpress but very busy with my job these days so posting a project here. The most important part which I feel is the SEO and Ranking of the website. I want you to do ---

1) Complete on page and off page SEO. min 100 backlinks from top quality sites.

2) 1000+facebook likes.

3)Good number of posts which must be indexed. No autoblog please. I will write contents afterward.

4)Approved adsense account (I dont have one ... You create it with my profile.

5) Ad placement.

6) A decent number of visitors to earn min $10 a day.

7) host it on a 99.9% uptime hosting provider.

Regarding Payment :

I will pay you the milestone amount 20 days after my first revenue generation from adsense.

Full amount will be disbursed 20 days after I get the full payment from adsense (to keep a track if everything is fine).

Please inform me about the theme ,niche,keywords, plugins and all other inputs to the blog.
