Convert a Template to a Website3

We are looking for a freelancer or team to implement a new design to our website. We will provide the PSD files for the desktop and mobile versions of the website and a test and development server that you can use to integrate the new design with the Django app. Also the PSD files may be subject to small changes if we think it's necessary, and because of this some Django modifications may be necessary. Your portfolio and rating will be a strong plus. Any freelancer not up to the task should not waste anybody's time, because we are looking for a serious and competent freelancer to do this project. Prerequisites: - good communication skills - excellent understanding of English - ability to work on a deadline - good understanding of HTML5 and can adapt the web design to fit our needs - able to follow direction - good Django skills so you can make the design integrate perfectly with the Django back end BE SURE TO READ!!! We had some work done but they were moving too slow, still not done after a month of work and many elements were not dimensionally or spatially correct. So due to this: 1. The site should look pretty close to the psd files. 2. 25% bonus of your bid will be added for completing the project correctly and ahead of time. 3. 25% PENALTY will be deducted from your bid if you do not complete the project on time. 4. No milestones! You get paid once the job is completed. If you do not agree to these points don't waste our time; don't bid on this project.
