We are willing to place 50% of the money in escrow.
We will NOT make any upfront payments. Money will be transferred, when project has been completed to our standards and requirements.

We need our current HTML website (see attachment) to be converted to a dynamic Joomla site.
1) The new Joomla site should be similar our current HTML website. We want to keep our design. Minor modifactions are OK as long as we get to approve them first.
2) The Joomla template has to be constructed for the newest 1.5.X version and be compatible with later versions as well. Future Joomla updates shall NOT have any impact on the Joomla site and design, when replacing the files. In other words, NO EDITING IN JOOMLA CORE SYSTEM FILES.
3) our site is hosted on Yahoo. We want to keep it there. We will provide you with access and password. If you can't work with Yahoo hosting please don't apply to work on this project.
