Integrate a2billing with joomla

I have a website designed using joomla 2.5
I would like to integrate a2billing customer GUI into joomla, so customers can have full control of their accounts but keeping the same theme as my joomla website.
If you are successful, I may hire you to do the same for the reseller GUI as well.

Note: I'm willing to put full payment in milestone, but I will not release any money at all, until project is completed as expected. No exceptions, and no payments outside freelancer.
Be easy on the price, as this shouldn't be a big complicated project, and should be fairly easy for someone with good joomla experience.
I can provide a2billing installed in a virtual machine for demo purposes, but access will not be given except to the winner of this auction.
