I need the products, details, pricing, images product descriptions, Attributes etc, copying from an opencart website to a magento website;

SKU Codes and Image codes copied will have the prefix changed or added so that they start with UTL-

The newly imported products will need to be used by the website [url removed, login to view] and work correctly so that they are navive to the website [url removed, login to view]

the database of ULE [url removed, login to view] is currently in open Cart and on a godaddy Delux Hosting, [url removed, login to view] is a magento site currently hosted on a dedicated Virtual server using a plesk control panel

This must be operational on your test server before uploading the project to my server.
