I have a PSD with three pages, I need them converted to HTML/CSS. I can send you a jpg of each page for you to assess. I'm posting the project here because we have too much work on, if the bids are silly prices then I'll do the job myself, maximum spend is $50. Very fast turnaround needed, fully valid HTML and CSS - note that you will need to comment the code for each page to permit us to make changes later as we are integrating this into a CMS.
