Develop Aquarium Website

Dear Programmer/Designer, I need to develop a multi language website that is more into informatical (not responsive and not e-commerce). I have a template that I will be purchasing and you can view it through this link: [login to view URL] The changes that I need on the template are: - Change logo (I have the logo ready) - Under 'what we offer': there will be 2 options istead of 3: The first option is: Buid customized Aquariums (will have 1 inside page that contains text and 1 or 2 pictures), and the other option is Maintenance, which will also have 1 inside page that contains 1 picture and text. Regarding the 6 options on the right (about us, our news, etc): About us will contain 1 text inside page. Our news: to be deleted. Photo Gallery: 1 inside page which will contain at least 3 pictures with discriptions. Underwater Life: To be deleted. Our Prices: will contain 1 inside page that contains 1 picture and text. Contacts: 1 inside page for our office map and contact details. With regards to the lower part of the template: Our specials to remain the same but without links (only a picture and the text). Featured services (on the right side) will be removed since I don't need it in the time being.
