Attorney Website Design

Need an EXPERIENCED website designer with exceptional Photoshop skills, including PSD slicing and CSS driven web design. Must have several examples of work (NO TEMPLATES) and at least two verifiable client references. You must be proficient in English, have good communication skills and be reliable! The referenced project is for the creation of PSD files for one home page mock-up, and html/css build-out for home page and two interior page layouts. This site does NOT require Flash, databases, e-commerce, or any complex functionality. You will be required to properly crop and resize images, create image slices and code a site that loads quickly. Please reply ONLY if you are a very good designer, understand website usability and can follow directions. Your finished work must be cross browser compatible for IE7, IE8, Safari, Firefox, and Opera. Platforms such as Joomla, Wordpress or other open source platforms are not desireable. Under no circumstances will we accept any scraping, pirating of existing work, or similar infringements upon the intellectual property rights of others. We are a licensed, internet marketing company that needs support for project schedule overloads. We will provide copywriting, images and general site architecture information. Selected designer will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, provide all PSD's upon project completion and satisfy work eligibility requirements. Payment schedule will be fair and reasonable including progress payments for work completed.
