design login page

Hi there, I am a looking for an excellent designer to design the login page for my website. the design should be creative. for refrence design look at google+ login page, i actually need the same thing relating to the login box (to be trasperent and on the side). there should be something in the middle of the page like image in the background and sentence which describe the website. the requirement is to follow my instructions (as i have noted up) and i need to feel "WOW" when i see it ! :) my design vision: i like profiessional light design, i feel uncomfortable with huge of heavy things (of course i don't like flash at all !) take a look at facebook, twitter and even google to get my idea ! about the website: the website contain delievering some services to the users like TV broadcasting\Radio broadcasting\Videos\Flash games\News .. etc. each one of them will be as "Service" For a PreWork you need to send a mockup for your initial idea ! :)
