Content Update for My Websites - HTML

I am looking to hire someone who can update content on about 30 of my websites. You need to have a master of HTML code, with an understanding of SEO. I will be giving you articles which you will be posting to my websites by adding new internal pages. I expect you to create a new title for each webpage, and post the article in the body of the webpage and create H1 and H2 tags that match the subject of the article. I expect you to also create links from the main [login to view URL] page of my websites to the inner pages you will be creating. My websites are simple HTML sites, with no flash or complex designs. You will be adding approximately 4 pages of content to each of the 30 websites. I will give you full FTP access to my websites and all of the source articles with an explanation of which articles go on which websites. My budget for this is $60, and I expect the winning bidder to complete the work within 5 days of me providing the articles and FTP access.
