Create a site that makes at least $10 daily adsense.

Hello all, I am looking for a Google Adsense Expert for creating 2 Wordpress websites that will be generating minimum $10 per day from adsense. Terms: - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money in a long term. - Should be in the FINANCE (Payday Loans, Debt Relief, Insurance) and the FITNESS NICHE (Weight Loss, Diet Pills etc.) - The website MUST be original content and SEO optimized with much keywords used frequently. - Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. - You MUST follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. - Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. - No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, - You MUST follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. - NO Black Hat or GREY HAT techniques. - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on the website. - The keywords for which the website generates traffic should be ranked in google serps - No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules. - The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $10 USD per day (minimum of 30 consecutive days) - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Must Be Adsense optimized. I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER: - All terms have been met successfully. - I see constant income of at least $10 in my Adsense account (minimum of 30 consecutive days) - I receive my first payment of minimum $300 from Google Adsense - If my account gets blocked by Google then no payment will be released. No Milestone at the start. When the site starts seeing some traffic and begins generation of clicks a little, then 50% money will be set in milestone. When the $10 per day (Even $8 or $9 per day) target is reached - the remaining 50% money will be set in milestone. Once the cheque is released, the entire milestone will be released. Only reply if you have prior experience in such websites that make money with Google adsense, as 100% of the payment will be released ONLY once I receive the check from Google. We can easily detect fake clicks and fraudulent traffic methods, we'll track the site using analytics and any "unknown" source will not be accounted for. Atleast 70% of the traffic should be organic. I do not want invalid clicks or and tactics used that will ban my google account. Show me some of your previous website/blogs that are similar to this project. I will buy a domain (you can make a suggestion), website will be hosted on my hosting, in any niche that you can suggest. I will have a Google Adsense channel set up for the site so I can track the clicks accurately. The site should require minimal maintenance on our end. Give me a fixed price for both the sites.
