Add Paypal and CreditCard option to existing PHP website.

We have an existing website which requires additional functionality for accepting payments. These payments will be to 'Top Up' an existing 'store account'. No 'shopping cart' functionality is required (as there will only ever be one product). We require a single page (preferably written in PHP) that will : - Accept a 'Customer Id' passed in to it via a URL (ie [login to view URL]) - Provide an input box to allow the customer to select an amount to add to their store account (between $20 and $100) - Allow the customer to select whether to process the payment via PayPal or CreditCard - Process this payment and display either a "Transaction Declined" or "Payment Accepted" message (obviously!) - Update the Customer table with the new account balance. Note that we currently have no existing agreements with payment providers (eg PayPal, ANZ SmartGate etc) and therefore we will require information relating to setting up an agreement with the merchant you propose using. We will provide: - Hosting and user authentication for access to the site (written in PHP) - Access to the existing 'Customer' table to update the new store account balance - Certificate for SSL if required - CSS, formatting and graphics. Both PayPal and CreditCard payment functionality should appear to be processed on our site (not redirected to another merchants site). Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience dealing with PayPal and Credit Card transactions on Australian based websites. The timeframe for completion of this project is flexible though expected to complete within no more than 1 to 2 weeks. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
