Adjust Prices with VAT for OpenCart 1.4.9.1

We are searching for a talented developer to adjust a few things on our OpenCart 1.4.9.1 shop system. 1. Adjust Prices with VAT We want the sub-total prices in our Shop to be consistently shown WITH VAT (19%) included. Right now it shows the prices without VAT, which is quiet distracting to our Customers, as we do only B2C. 2. Advanced Coupon System We recently bought an advanced Coupon Extension: [login to view URL] We want that Extension to replace the current (standard) Coupon system, as it gives the abilitiy to remain credit which is not being used for an order and use later on a second order. AND it could be applied after the tax is calculated. So instead of reducing the ammount of the sub-total (without VAT) it reduces the total ammount (with VAT included), which is much less confusing for our customers. It should be vicarious everywhere the "old" system occurs. (checkout/payment, checkout/confirm) Besides we had a vqmod for the standard coupon system, which extends it to batch create couponcodes with the same settings by replacing the input text field for the couponcode with a textarea, where every line creates a new code. ([login to view URL]) We need this capability for the new system too. Furthermore it should be capable to create a coupon WITH "free shipping", without increasing the ammount, as the standard system has this feature too. A last thing that we would like to have is the possibility for customers to remove a coupon. (Maybe with a little "X" next to the Code) As we expect a big coupon deal soon (300-500 coupons), it is a very urgent demand and everything should work flawlessly to gain a good customer experience.
