Build New E-Commerce Site to Replace Existing Yahoo Store

Need a web developer to work with us to transition and replace our Yahoo retail site with a new version. We would like to create new marking programs, for example, for best customer discounts based on different levels of spending. We have a staff designer who will direct look and feel, as well as assisting in reorganizing categories, etc. Our current site has about 2500 - 3000 sku's, with multiple sizes of all of our products. We will need support for dimensional weight, restrictions on shipping for certain products including international shipping. There should be back office software, that can print invoices, shipping labels, bar codes, inventory control. Our existing site has not been updated in almost 10 years, and really doesn't reflect who we are anymore. We our site to have a more dynamic look and to that end, our designer will provide direction, while we rely on the web developer to bring it to life. We are ready to start this project in a few weeks, after we review submitted proposals. We'd need to know what shopping cart you use, whether it will support creating an application for PDA's, which we will want to add with the new site design.
