Build an ecommerce Website which will generate high traffic - repost

I am looking to have someone build a complete website turn-key package including site design, shopping cart installation, configuration, excellent SEO, SSL certificate and (if possible) web hosting. The site will be a professional ecommerce site using the OSCMax shopping cart, a high-end e-commerce application using PHP/MySQL. Create custom graphics to make it stand out. Enable my customers to browse my product line, choose options, place an order, edit their account info and choose a shipping method. It should have a retail and wholesale login and an affiliate program. It will need to have an admin page to allow me to add, edit and delete your own products, have capacity for unlimited products (I am requesting to have the first 50 products displayed), check inventory, monitor customers and build a newsletter mailing list. I would like to have unlimited revisions to all designs until completion. If possible, free hosting included for first year that allows me to monitor my site's performance, check hits, update through browser, add new emails, etc. Ideally, i would like this project completed within a 2 week time frame and my budget is around $380 but flexible...
