Build a top class Ecommerce Website to run from Feed

Hello. I am after a new website building. This is going to be a fancy dress website and run from the [login to view URL] datafeed. All orders are then to be accepted and the site automatically sends the order over to smiffys in a ftp xml file. All details will be provided to the winning bidder. The site needs to be built from scratch with logo etc. I want to be able to click a button and switch to different themes. I want a theme for sale, christmas, easter, valentines and halloween. There must be a blog that is styled as the site located at [login to view URL] Site must be very seo friendly. Site integrated with facebook and twitter. I want to be able to automatically add a product for sale on ebay and or amazon through the website, and the website keep track of stock if something sells on there.
