Combined Online Marketplace + Social Networking Site A startup idea incorporating a marketplace where sellers can register for an online shop similar to amazon/ebay setup and display their inventory. The best way to describe this would be to imagine [login to view URL] with all its stores accessible from the [login to view URL] website and all their inventory/products are searchable from the [login to view URL] website. Basic templates for shop creation will be user-friendly and member profiles pages will incorporate a few features from social networking websites. Auxiliary software for back office operations such as CRM, delivery tracking via GPS and logistics routing would also be required as we also plan to provide an in-house delivery service for goods purchased via the portal.
