I am looking for a programer to design a site where our clients can purchase gift certificates instantly online via website. Id like the site to take payment, track purchases and issue a certificate number, also be able to look up and redeem certificate by purchaser last name or certificate number. Would be great to create special bogo offers and rewards, 24 hour sales etc.
